Post COVID action protocol

Safe space/social distance

  • Indoor and outdoor capacity limits (lifts, common areas, reception hall, restaurant, terrace, bar and gym) according to the protocol marked by health authorities.
  • Social distancing of 1.5 meters.
  • Hand hygiene stations (hydroalcoholic gel) in entrance areas.
  • Protective screens in reception.
  • Signage with prevention measures and guidelines.
  • Customer information about coexistence rules and use of the facilities before arrival.

Customer service

  • If possible, online our by phone.
  • In case of face-to-face contact, social distancing of 1,5 metres is required and masks must be worn.
  • Preference of contactless payment solutions.
  • Elimination of shared products, specially textile. A shared object will be desinfected after its use.
  • POS shall be desinfected after each use.
  • Keys will be desinfected with desinfecting wipes after each use.
  • The assigned rooms are cleaned and desinfected by stipulated Covid safety measures.

Sanitary protocol

Implementation of special protective measures against Covid-19, added to the normal hotel procedures.

  • Extra emphasis on cleaning and desinfecting the riskiest contact points.
  • Bed linen, pillows and towels stored in the closet are protected.
  • No customer contact while replacing bed linen and towels.
  • Cleaning of the room after check out.
  • Specific training of the hotel staff.

Restauration and food safety

  • Continue following HACCP guidelines, and incorporating the new additional Covid measures.
  • Increased frequency in cleaning and desinfecting our restaurant/bar according to all stipulated sanitary measures (single-use utensils, single-use individual cloths, etc.).
  • Elimination of all shared object or foods.
  • Drinks will be offered and served at the table.
  • Installation of more hand higiene stations in our restaurant and bar. Obligatory use of mask while entering these spaces. Always comply with the established security measures.
  • Adapting the restaurant to the new sanitary standards. New distribution of spaces to maintain the safety distance and seating protocol.
  • Desinfecting tables with desinfecting wipes.
