If you would like to visit the surrounding area…

the Jardines La Tejera Hotel is well-located in the centre of the Almanzora region. This is a very special valley thanks to its landscapes and its unique places, and the hotel is situated between Olula del Río and Macael, an area famous for its marble with a quarry producing exceptional quality stone. Less than half an hour away is one of the most famous beaches of the Mediterranean: Mojácar.

In the surrounding area there are no less than four golf courses where you can put your handicap to the test.

These touristic and leisure opportunities can be complemented with numerous excursions to the Sierra de los Filabres or a visit to the legendary film sets in the Tabernas Desert.

The Pulpí Geode

It is the second largest geode in the world documented to date, after Naica in Mexico. And the biggest one in Europe.
